Corporate Coaching & Training Services

Consult our portfolio of services for organisations, teams and individual staff needs

“Siobhán has gone above and beyond our expectations in assisting our staff with their professional development.”

— Kate T. Calcutta Group, Australia

Staff need support that organisations can’t always provide in-house - due to lack of resources, expertise or availability.

Working with an external facilitator for the continuous professional development of staff allows your organisation to provide skills training and coaching on demand - and deliver them with impartiality, open-mindedness and psychological safety for participants to fully engage with the process.

“Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.”

— Viktor E. Frankl

What to Expect from Our Corporate Packages

Public and private sector entities, international organisations, small and medium enterprises are all catered for via our corporate services portfolio, and a tailored approach to your needs.

Our approach is flexible, solution-focused and ontological (coaching), drawing on elements of cognitive behaviour, positive psychology and discourse analysis.

Step 1 - Discovery Call

An informal call to explore your needs, budget and expectations. Before making a proposal, we make sure that our teams are a good match, values are aligned and mutual expectations are clear and achievable. Neither party is under any obligation to work together following a Discovery Call. So, no pressure - just an exchange of information.

Step 2 - Proposal

Having listened to your needs, objectives and parameters for collaboration, and conditional on a mutual desire to work together, we make a proposal tailored to your requirements.

Step 3 - Feedback

It’s important for us to make sure that you are receiving the services that align with your requirements. We welcome feedback on the proposal in order to customise it further according to your requirements and our capabilities.

Step 4 - Agreement

Both parties sign a work agreement outlining the structure of our collaboration, mutual expectations, terms and conditions.

Step 5 - Payment

Work will commence upon receipt of the first payment under the agreed terms.

Step 5 - Collaboration Begins

We keep our onboarding process as simple as possible to allow for a smooth and timely commencement of activities. Regular feedback and progress reports are part of our terms to ensure agile collaboration and compatibility adjustments were necessary.

“Identifying and using your strengths consciously is associated with higher happiness and lower rates of depression.” (Steen, Seligman, Peterson, and Park, 2005)
